Dick Figures is an American teen-adult animated comedy web-series created by Ed Skudder and Zack Keller. The series, featuring two humanlike stick figures named Red and Blue who are best friends, aired for the first time on November 18, 2010. The series is on YouTube By Mondo Media.

In 2012, Keller was nominated for an Annie Award for Directing in an Animated Television/Broadcast Production for the episode titled "Kung Fu Winners".

Although some spin-off material was produced in 2015, the original run ended with the final episode of Season 5, "Figured Out", in July 2014.

Kickstarter[]

After raising $313,411 on Kickstarter, Dick Figures was eventually given a feature-length comedy adventure film, titled Dick Figures: The Movie. The 73-minute film became available on all major digital platforms on September 17, 2013.

Film Version[]

In 2013, Mondo Media And Six Point Harness produced a feature length Dick Figures Film under the direction of series creator Ed Skudder and Zack Keller. on September 17, 2013 on digital download and streaming services including iTunes, Prime Video, Google Play, PlayStation Network, Xbox Video, Vudu, Hulu and Yekra, an all-new movie watching site for indie films. The film was then released a week later on iTunes in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Dick Figures: The Movie was split into 12 chapters and published onto YouTube by Mondo's YouTube channel at different times. $313,411 was raised through the mass-funding platform Kickstarter from 5,616 backers (including Warren Graff, Fred Seibert, Gundarr creators Corey McDaniel & Ted Wilson, amongst others) through May 31 to July 16, 2012, out of originally a $250,000 goal, breaking the record for the most-funded animation project through the site, until it was surpassed by Blur Studio's The Goon (an upcoming computer-animated adaptation to Eric Powell's graphic novel series of the same name) on November 2012. Dick Figures: The Movie successfully had a theatrical debut at the Buffer Festival in Toronto on November 9, 2013.

Spin Off Version[]

In June 2015, Ed Skudder and Zack Keller Is creating the Spin Off of Dick Figures called Chick Figures On Like, Share, Die.
